Four capsules daily, for women preparing to conceive.
Folate status builds over months, not weeks. That is why guidance across Europe points to starting well before you begin trying rather than once you are already there — and OvuluX® is built for exactly that window.
What it can do, in the words the EU allows
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. At 10 mg per daily dose — seven times the reference intake — it also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to normal homocysteine metabolism, to normal red blood cell formation, to normal psychological function, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal immune system function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. It also contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, normal immune system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Folic acid and neural tube development
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
This claim is intended for women of childbearing age. The beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. OvuluX® provides 600 µg per daily dose. Neural tube defects have multiple risk factors, and altering one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.

About the inositol, NAC and red clover
Three ingredients here carry no authorised EU health claim — myo-inositol, N-acetyl cysteine and red clover extract. We include them at full disclosed doses, and we don't tell you what they do. That's deliberate. Saying it would be unlawful and, frankly, unearned. We'd rather show you exactly what's in the capsule and let you read the evidence yourself.
Capsules or sachets?
OvuluX® and PregnaluX® serve the same preconception window in different formats. OvuluX® is four vegan capsules you can carry anywhere. PregnaluX® is a single sachet stirred into water, with a broader mineral profile including zinc, magnesium and iron. They are not designed to be taken together.
When to start
Three months before you plan to try is a sensible target. There is no benefit in starting late.
Please read before combining supplements
OvuluX® provides 10 mg of vitamin B6 and 600 µg of folic acid per daily dose. Do not take it alongside PregnaluX®, a prenatal multivitamin, or another B6 or folate supplement without speaking to your doctor first.

Manufactured in Germany to GMP standards. Vegan capsules, free from gluten, lactose, soy and wheat. Non-GMO, with no artificial colours or flavours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Fertilmas® – Daily Capsules for Men
Fertilmas® provides 15 mg of zinc and 56 µg of selenium per daily dose of two capsules. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. It also provides L-carnitine, L-arginine and coenzyme Q10 — we publish the dose of each on the product page and make no claims about them, because none is authorised in the EU.
Men who are trying to conceive and want to support their nutrient intake during that period. It is a food supplement, not a treatment. If you have concerns about your fertility, speak to your doctor.
Format and composition. Fertilmas® is two capsules a day, easier to carry. Erosmas® is a sachet stirred into water, with a much larger amino acid base (1.700 mg L-arginine versus 400 mg) and roughly twice the selenium. Fertilmas® has slightly more zinc. Both are made in Germany and both list their full composition. Neither is "stronger" - they suit different routines. They are not designed to be taken together.
Erosmas® – Daily Sachets for Men
One sachet provides 1.700 mg L-arginine, 500 mg L-carnitine, 12 mg zinc, 110 µg selenium and 195 mg pine bark proanthocyanidins. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. The arginine, carnitine, pine bark and coenzyme Q10 carry no authorised EU health claims. We publish the doses and leave the evidence to you.
Erosmas® provides vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and vitamin C. All three contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It contains no caffeine or stimulants.
One sachet stirred into a glass of water, once a day. It has a light red colour and a blackcurrant flavour, sweetened with steviol glycosides and sucralose. Most people take it in the morning, though timing doesn't matter much, consistency does.
PregnaluX® – Daily Sachets for Women
One 7 g sachet daily provides 20 mg zinc, 800 µg folate, 350 mg magnesium, 7 mg vitamin B6 and 500 mg Swiss Carnipure® L-carnitine, among others. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. It also contains myo-inositol, N-acetyl cysteine and coenzyme Q10 at disclosed doses, which carry no authorised EU health claims.
Around three months before you plan to try. Folate status builds over months rather than weeks, and there's no benefit in starting late. Many women continue through early pregnancy — speak to your doctor about your own situation.
One 7 g sachet stirred into a glass of water, once a day, ideally with food. It has a blackcurrant flavour.
The iron source is halal-certified ferrous fumarate, which is the ingredient most often at issue in supplements. If you need formal certification for the finished product, contact us and we'll share the current documentation.
PregnaluX® is formulated for the preconception period. It provides 800 µg of folic acid and 20 mg of zinc per sachet, both deliberately high, so please speak to your doctor before continuing it in pregnancy — particularly if you're also taking a prenatal supplement.
More in the sachet. PregnaluX® carries a full mineral profile — zinc, magnesium, iron, copper, selenium — plus 700 mg of N-acetyl cysteine and named Carnipure® L-carnitine from Lonza. OvuluX® is a focused vitamin and inositol complex without the minerals.
OvuluX® – Daily Capsules for Women
Four capsules daily provide 2.000 mg myo-inositol, 10 mg vitamin B6, 600 µg folate, 24 mg vitamin E, 10 µg vitamin B12 and 10 µg vitamin D, plus N-acetyl cysteine and red clover extract. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The inositol, NAC and red clover carry no authorised EU health claims — we publish the doses and leave the evidence to you.
Format first: OvuluX® is four vegan capsules you can carry; PregnaluX® is a single sachet stirred into water. Composition second: PregnaluX® has the broader mineral profile, including 20 mg zinc, magnesium, iron and copper, which OvuluX® doesn't contain. OvuluX® has more than twice the vitamin B6 and a higher vitamin D dose, in a capsule with no sweeteners or flavourings. They serve the same preconception window in different ways, and they are not designed to be taken together.
Yes. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the formulation is free from gluten, lactose, soy and wheat, with no artificial colours or flavours. Manufactured in Germany to GMP standards.
Around three months before you plan to try. Folate status builds over months rather than weeks, and European guidance points to starting before you begin trying rather than after. There is no benefit to starting late.
The daily dose is split across four capsules because 2.000 mg of myo-inositol alone won't fit into fewer at a size anyone can swallow comfortably. You can take all four together with a meal, or split them across the day.
Ordering, Delivery & General
Sperm development takes roughly 74 days, and folate status builds over months. Three months is the shortest period over which any of these products can do something measurable, which is why the 3-month packs exist and why we recommend them.
Generally no. Fertilmas® and Erosmas® together would exceed the recommended upper level for zinc. PregnaluX® and OvuluX® together would exceed it for vitamin B6. Each product page carries specific combining guidance, please read it before taking two.
For the best chance of conception, it's recommended that both partners support their nutrient intake during this period — Fertilmas® or Erosmas® for him, PregnaluX® or OvuluX® for her.
Speak to your doctor first. These are food supplements rather than medicines, but several ingredients are present at high percentages of the reference intake, and your doctor is best placed to advise on your own circumstances.
