Male Fertility Supplements

Two products for men preparing to conceive, both manufactured in Germany and both providing zinc and selenium at meaningful doses.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. These are the two minerals that carry authorised European health claims for male reproductive health, and both Fertilmas® and Erosmas® are built around them.

Fertilmas® is two capsules daily, providing 15 mg zinc and 56 µg selenium alongside Swiss Carnipure® L-carnitine, L-arginine and coenzyme Q10.

Erosmas® is a once-daily sachet with a larger amino acid base — 1.700 mg L-arginine — plus 12 mg zinc, 110 µg selenium, Carnipure® L-carnitine and pine bark extract.

Both list their full composition with declared doses and %NRV on the product page. Where an ingredient carries no authorised EU health claim, we publish the dose and say nothing further about it. Sperm development takes roughly 74 days, which is why we recommend the three-month supply over a single box.
